Do I need a prescription?
Yes, for Rx (prescription) drugs. Over-the-counter (OTC) medicines are available without a prescription.
What are your opening hours?
All retail branches are open 24/7. Our Wholesale unit at Saki operates Monday–Friday, 8AM–5PM.
Where are your branches?

Delivery
Do you offer home delivery?
Yes. Delivery charges are based on distance, and delivery is free for nearby hospitals and for orders over GHS 500.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary by location — please contact your nearest branch for an estimate.
Prescriptions
How do I submit a prescription?
Use our online prescription submission form — upload a clear photo or PDF and we’ll take it from there.
What file formats are accepted?
JPEG, PNG, WEBP and PDF — maximum file size 10MB.
How will I know my prescription was received?
You’ll receive an email confirmation with a unique reference number in the format HPRx-XXXXXXXX-XXXX, which you can use to track your order.
Diagnostics
What tests are available?
8 rapid tests: Malaria, Typhoid, Ulcer, Blood Grouping, Body Mass Index (BMI), Haemoglobin, Sickle Cell, and Blood Sugar. Walk-in available at any branch — no appointment needed.
Do I need to fast?
It depends on the specific test — some are more accurate when fasting. Contact us beforehand for guidance on your chosen test.
