Visit the Submit a Prescription page, fill in your details, choose your preferred branch, and upload a clear photo or PDF of your prescription. You’ll instantly receive a reference number (in the format HPRx-XXXXXXXX-XXXX) by email — and a pharmacist will be in touch within two hours.
How to Book a Diagnostic Test via WhatsApp
